I looked for a Toastmasters Club because very nervous presenter. I joined the Limestone City club because of the open and supportive membership.
The club is a welcoming space where I am encouraged to try something new, nervousness and mistakes are expected! Because of the practice, I have developed my writing and speaking to become a more confident and articulate presenter. A meeting is more than just giving speeches. It’s listening objectively, delivering graceful feedback, and taking leadership, all at my own pace. I encourage everyone to come to a few meetings, try it out, and discover the benefits of Toastmasters firsthand.
Each meeting is different, an opportunity to learn from others and grow. I am truly amazed by the changes I’ve seen in both myself, and in my clubmates. I have extreme gratitude for the constructive feedback, and support of my fellow Toastmasters. Navigating the bumpy seas of Public speaking isn't easy, but I couldn’t do it without my club-mates. That is why I keep on coming to Limestone-city Toastmasters, 6 years and counting!

Toastmasters has been an invaluable asset in my professional journey, providing me with the skills and confidence necessary to excel in my career.
